MCC art alum Tom Wedell and his wife Nancy Skolos work collaboratively from their studio in Canton, MA, producing significant works of graphic design for clients across the country including the US Postal Service, Haworth Furniture, EMI Music, Harvard Medical School, and Hasbro, Inc. Their work has also been featured in numerous international exhibitions including this year's Photo Graphics Poster Exhibition at the Museum fur Gestaltung, Zurich, Switzerland; the 2008 International Poster Biennale in Warsaw, Poland, and the Hong Kong International Poster Triennial in 2007 and 2004. Their work received the Silver Prize in 1985 at the Lahti Poster Biennale in Finland, the Best of Show Award in 1996 and 2001 in the AIGA/Boston Best of New England Show, and the Bronze Medal in 1988 at the International Triennial of Posters in Toyama, Japan. Tom Wedell received his MFA at Cranbrook Academy of Art and Nancy Skolos earned her MFA at Yale University School of Art. They also teach at the Rhode Island School of Design.
